      ALT SYSTEM

      Features of LED

      Fast responsiveness
LED can be used in synchronization with strobe and camera as maximum luminescence is possible within 10u sec.
High efficiency due to low power consumption
LED lighting is efficient in terms of maintenance cost because it can reduce power consumption by as much as 10 times compared to conventional lighting due to low power consumption.
      Long life time (about 20,000hours)
Unlike conventional lighting such as halogen, the lamp needs to be replaced once a month, and the LED light is continuously emitted for about 10,000 to 30,000 hours, so it has excellent maintenance cost and convenience.
      Easy to choose color
Depending on the object, you can easily select the best lighting for the inspection and measurement environment by selecting colors of various wavelength.
Freely create the shape of the lighting
Compared to halogen, LEDs emit light from the device itself, which can be designed and manufactured in a variety of shapes. Therefore, it is possible to select the optimal illumination by selecting the light irradiation angle that is optimal for the inspection and measurement environment.

      Features of LED lighting

      • DIRECT LIGHT

This is useful when lighting requires high contrast, creating a clear shadow in the form of direct light on the target object. However, it can be difficult to use for highly reflective object

        ARL/ARF Series
      • LOW ANGLE LIGHT

Install the lights at a low angle and reflect the light on the protrusions on the surface, making the background black, emphasizing edges, foreign object and scratches.

        ARL-LA, ARL-FLA Series
      • BACK LIGHT

It is a type of lighting that makes the background bright and the object dark, because the light is emitted from the back of the object. It is the most commonly used lighting for measurement of appearance and mark recognition of translucent objects.

        ACL/ACL2/ACLF Series
      • DIFFUSE LIGHT

It is a lighting that is often used to obtain a soft image without shadow. Diffuse reflections of light, making them suitable for objects with high reflectivity, such as glass.

        ADL/ADRL/ADQL Series
      • COAXIAL LIGHT

A lighting that emits light at the same angle as the view of camera through a half mirror inside the illumination. This is useful when inspecting products with high reflectivity such as glass, and when it is need to hide shadows that are generated due to external light in the inspection environment.

        AFV/AFV2 Series
