▶ This is the illumination whose lens' viewing angle matches the illumination's irradiation angle.
The light of the arranged LED is uniformly irradiated through the diffuser plate, making it suitable for inspection of products with high reflectivity such as wafers.
By using a special anti-reflection coated half mirror, afterimages are suppressed.
Optionally, an optical cover with an anti-reflective coating can be installed to prevent foreign substances such as dust from entering.
